As a participant of the MFIT Challenge, you already have a delicious secret for healthy eating (it’s called Fuel). For most of us, this is our delicious go-to meal for breakfast and/or lunch and gives us the perfect balance of fat, protein, and carbohydrates to keep our bodies in fat-burning mode.

But what about other meals? While more and more restaurants are providing keto friendly options, nothing beats a home cooked meal. But how do you make a keto friendly meal?

If you scour the internet for meal ideas and recipes (like we have), you’ll often find that meals that are promoted as keto are anything but. It can be a frustrating part of switching to a healthy lifestyle…until now…

MFIT has partnered with Keto Expert, Chef, and Living My Keto Life creator Jennifer Winder to provide access to her treasure trove of delicious keto recipes. This collaboration is called MFIT Life and we couldn’t be more excited. Be prepared for some of the best KETO food you have ever eaten!

Accessing MFIT Life is easy. If you have an MFINITY Back Office, just go to the MFIT Menu and select MFIT Life Registration. You’ll enter your email and create a quick password. You can then log into the MFIT Life website.

If you don’t have an MFINITY Back Office, just visit the MFIT Leaderboard and look under Challenge Resources and MFIT Life.
